As a whole, Kent employ approximately 510 staff across 13 branches and have annual revenues exceeding $90 million. We perform over 40,000 sensitive freight movements annually, amounting to approximately 1.25M m3.

Scalable modular freight solution

Kent has invested over $11M building a fleet of 3200 custom fitted containers. Most consignments travel via our containers (with freight friendly smooth timber floors and doors at both ends, plus tie-rails to prevent transit movement of sensitive freight), eliminating double handling and manual transhipment of freight.  This modularised handling & storage keeps pressure on collective costs down, provides flexibility & lessens risk of damage.

Custom contract logistics solutions

Kent have provided both continuous & stand-alone contract logistics and overlay planning for several organisations & events.  This includes, but not limited to; Guests Group, Laura Ashley, Aisle 8, VOS Construction, Village & Hoyts Cinemas, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Newcrest Mining, Westfield, Schlumberger, Aurizon, K-Mart, BP, MI Group, Graebel Group, Brookfield, etc.

Kent also provided overlay logistical planning, warehousing and freight management for both the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games.
